l  Lead and get new customers and application, maintain good customer relationship and turn the RFQ into real orders.

l  Strong sales sense to get potential customers and RFQ, especially from the market we have little experience to grow and bloom.

l  Proven strong directly sales ability in similar market and cover all sales process from RFQ to payments.

l  Work closely with internal department to get business and improve customer satisfaction.

l  Follow company policy and target to achieve sales target, growth and margin level.

l  Provide the report and forecast according to company policy, and gather market information, to help for the sales strategy.

l  Keep good relationship with existing customer and achieve growth.

l  Account receivable on time

l  Frequent travelling.

l  Other activities arranged by company

Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree, major in electric or automation will be preferred.

·         Experience from similar products/customers will be preferred

·         Good customer development ability, and sales experience

·         Excellent communication ability and problem solving in a complex situation.

·         Five years plus direct sales experience in industrial market.

·         Passion, Integrity and honest.

·         Good communication skills, and customer service ability

·         Good team cooperation and leading ability in a team

·         Work in pressure.

·         Good English in oral and writing.

·         Independence and self-driven
