Job Description:

• Responsibility:
  
  • Business and financial strategy and planning, monitoring, management and reporting, including management and development of policies, systems, processes for their market or product segment
  • Create market penetration strategy and implement into the region 
  • Reporting and managing the segment or product, sales pipe line and forecasting efforts.
  • Management of strategy for and liaison with market and industry experts, business press and business analysts’ community.
  • Develop in depth analysis of their market competitors and report on their activity with proposed counter strategies in order to keep the company on the leading edge.
  • Support all sales activity by product and customer with a clear analysis of revenue and margin respectively.
  • Harmonize pricing of deals transversally for the zone
  • Develop strategies with mitigation plans by customer and market segment in order to assure continuous growth in revenue and margin.
  • Negotiate contractual agreement with Customers 
  • Develop and implement training programs on their products or market to grow the regional sales team effectiveness and overall contribution to the company.
  • Harmonize pricing of deals transversally for the zone
  • Monitor overall business performance of the market segment
  • Capture and increase market share in food and beverage industry
  
  Requirement:
  
  • With food process equipment sales experience
  • 3 – 5 years project sales experience (attention to sales & marketing)
  • Good English skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • 5 years working knowledge in customer management, business development or marketing with at least 2 years supervisory experience.
  • Sound knowledge compliance regulations for organizations working within China
  • Exceptional Interpersonal skills, a collaborative style and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Demonstrated initiative and the ability to work effectively within time constraints
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software
